The Segulah Circle was created to help local community members have a dignified venue to seek out assistance when they need it. Inspired by the Hebrew belief in Segulah, “an action that leads to a change in one's fortune," the objective of our Circle is to mobilize us towards the ethical obligation to give to those in need.
Our plan as a charity is not to do a little for a lot of people. We're here to do a lot for one giver at a time. So that they can get back to what they do best.
WHO IS HELPED
The Segulah Circle supports members of our community that are recognizable as givers, the people we need to cherish and care for as they are the people that care for us. These are members of our community who have suddenly and unexpectedly sustained a serious misfortune...be it a severe accident or injury; a major life altering event.
We recognize that asking for help shouldn’t be a shameful or humiliating act. For this reason, individuals given assistance are always present in the Circle, but their identities and situations are kept anonymous; donation amounts never disclosed publicly.
By contributing to the Segulah Circle, we uplift each other and allow those seeking help to remain a part of the community with their integrity intact. Most importantly, your support and care will continue to flow like a circle, and assist other community members when they need it the most.
